NEOM Sky Stadium Planned for FIFA World Cup 2034

Over the past few years, Saudi Arabia has been developing into a sporting hub, and its biggest accomplishment would be hosting the FIFA World Cup in 2034. Preparations for this premier soccer event have begun in Saudi Arabia, as this event will take place after eight years. Some reports suggest that Saudi Arabia will construct the most distinctive stadium in the world. Unlike other stadiums that exist on the ground, this particular stadium would be constructed 350 meters above the ground.

Players and spectators will access the stadium via high-speed transit systems and high-speed elevators. To combat the desert heat, the stadium will utilize state-of-the-art cooling and climate control technologies. The electricity required to operate the NEOM Sky Stadium will be sourced from renewable energy rather than fossil fuels.

According to reports, the construction of the NEOM Sky Stadium will cost approximately $1 billion. The stadium will have a seating capacity of 46,000 and is expected to host FIFA World Cup group matches and quarter-finals.
